Returns Policy
- If you need to return a product Bought from Us At Speedy-Plastics Ltd you have 28 working days. Your returned goods must be in a resalable condition and any goods or accessories or items that accompany by the original sales of the goods must come back to us as well . For special non-stock items that have been ordered especially for you, it may not be possible to return these items OR we may need to implement a re-stocking charge. This does not affect your statutory rights.
- Soak away crates OR Items especially made to order ie Turtle products are Non Refundable , Speedy Plastics will not collect and take these back for any reason after purchase .
- We could arrange to have the goods collected, but this possible service is will be chargeable at cost and will be deducted from any credit/refunds given. All couriers charge quite highly for a residential or onsite collections and we strongly recommend that customers returns are made on their own arrangements to us.
- The goods should also be returned with their original box, packing and accessories.
- If the return is due to missing or faulty parts then we will offer a full refund or replacement provided we are aware of this within 10 working days.
- Any refund, which is due to a fault or other defect, will include a refund of the applicable delivery charge.
- This returns policy does not affect your legal rights.
